It is a function which reverses the
area about strong light.

LEVEL : Setting of HLC level.

MODE : ALL DAY/ NIGHT ONLY

ALL DAY : Always operating HLC.
NIGHT ONLY : Only night
environment operating. But if day condition,
not operating HLC.
