to front of assembly as shown. Secure wheels by
fully tightening each with the
wheel hex wrench
.
B. Attach 2
spring washers
and 2
wheels
to back
of assembly with the
wheel hex wrench
as shown.
Assembly is now complete.

to assembled unit
