Important precautions
l
Do not lift unit by door handle.
l
Keep the door closed before installing.
l
Ambient temperature below 10°C or above 32°C will hinder the performance of the
appliance.
l
This unit is not designed for use in a garage, shed or any other outside installation.
l
Be sure the back plate and two flanks are free from obstruction. Obstructing free airflow
can cause the unit to malfunction and will void the warranty.
l
Allow unit temperature to stabilize for 24 hours before use.
l
Do not block any internal fans.
l
Use only genuine supplier's replacement parts. Imitation parts can damage the unit,
affect its operation or performance and may void the warranty.
l
For safety reasons and to ensure the optimum functionality of the wine cooler it’s
important that you connect your wine cooler using an earth/ground connection plug and
keep the wine cooler perfectly plumb and level.
Installation
Before using your wine cooler:
•
Remove the exterior and interior packing.
•
Before connecting the appliance to the power outlet, let it stand upright for
approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of malfunction in the cooling
system from handing during transportation.
•
Plug the wine cooler into a properly installed wall outlet with an earth/ground connection
plug. Any questions concerning power should be directed toward a certified electrician
or an authorized products service center.
•
Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.
•
Place your appliance on a tabletop strong enough to support the appliance when fully
loaded.
•
To level your appliance, adjust the front legs at the bottom of the appliance.
Bottle shelves
Remove all bottles from the shelves. Lift the shelf upwards and gently pull it out. The
wine shelves can be removed to accommodate larger bottles.
