COMMISSIONING
REMOVING THE PACKAGING
- Remove the jack from its packaging using appropriate lifting equipment attached to the eyebolts only.
- Extract the beam from the packaging using lifting straps rated to a minimum of 300kg to ensure complete safety.
ASSEMBLY
1. Measure the width of the pit the jack is to be placed in.
2. Adjust the beam’s 4 support rollers on the basis of this measurement, using the screws

3. Position the beam inside the pit.
4. Check that the beam is free to move the entire length of the pit; if necessary, correct the position of the rollers and fully
tighten the screws

5. Remove the anti-roll blades POS. 11 A00333 POS. 11 A00333 by unscrewing the screws POS. 12 A00333 POS. 12 A00333 .
6. Insert the jack body inside the beam; take great care when performing this operation, as space is limited.
7. Install the anti-roll blades

CONNECTION TO THE COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM
- Compressed air enters the jack circuit through the quick coupling on the control panel of the jack; a connecting hose with
a quick coupling compatible with that of the jack is therefore required. Check that the air supply hose has a usable internal
diameter of at least 6 mm, and is not kinked or blocked anywhere.
Working air pressure: 8 - 10 BAR
- Never allow hydraulic fluid, petroleum jelly, brake fluid, petroleum or other liquids to enter the compressed air circuit.
-Install a drier-lubricator filter unit in the compressed air system.
- If you need to lubricate the compressed air circuit, use only:
AGIP OSO 100; MOBIL DTE 27; ESSO TERESSO 100;
SHELL TELLUS 100; BP ENERGOL HP 100 The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage due to failure
to observe the indications above, and the warranty shall also be forfeit if they are not respected!
SCRAPPING AND DISPOSAL
- Lubricants must be disposed of in compliance with applicable pollution legislation.
- The user must follow applicable legislation when scrapping the jack and its component parts.
USE
Follow the safety rules given in this manual to the letter.

Position the jack beneath the support point indicated in the vehicle manufacturer manual by sliding the jack along the beam
and the beam along the pit walls.

▪ Rapid Raising : pressing the green button (A) brings the pistons into contact with the load to be lifted.
