• Connection
This section is intended to illustrate the connections between the Hydrocyclone ISO 6 and the
“Separatore Centrifugo Micro-Smart” (Centrifugal Separator Micro-Smart).
All the connections must be properly fi xed and secured using a mechanical securing system like
a pipe clamp.
For the connections use only original hoses. Replace them every two years at the latest. Do not
use hoses with a diameter different from the one of the hoses originally supplied with the Hydro-
cyclone.
• Hose inlet connection (11) to the Hydrocyclone
Hose diameter d = 11,7 mm
• Re-circulation hose connection (12) Hose diameter d = 11,7 mm
• Connection for drainage to the waste (8)
Hose diameter d = 20 mm
• Hydraulic connection (draw. 3 page 42)
• Control keypad cabling Cable with RJ 9 plug
• Amalgam level sensor (13) cabling on AC 86C Cable with RJ 9 plug
• Electric connection (draw. 4 page 43)
Description of the electronic amalgam level control and alarm system
Hydrocyclone ISO 6 can be controlled using the electronic control panel AC 100.
With this contact it is possible to place a signal remotely.
Description of the electronic amalgam level control and alarm system (draw. 6 page 45)
Through a pair of photodiodes the amalgam level sensor (13) fi tted aside the amalgam collection
container (5) detects the amalgam level inside the container: the text “Report Cod. I14 ” on the
display (15) warns that the amalgam level has reached 95%; press the button ESC (16) to cancel
the alarm from the display and to visualize other parameters, remember that the control panel
keeps the alarm in its record and that the alarm will be displayed again upon switching on the
