7. MAINTENANCE

-To ensure your safety, it is imperative to disconnect the air supply coupler before any

intervention on the mechanical and pneumatic components of the machine.

-When using compressed air, wear safety glasses.

-To provide the important points of the maintenance of MACH 1 UNI, being sure of the

following of each procedure and the application of its each step.

-All maintenance and control operations must be carried out by skilled maintenance

staff.

-The staff assigned to operate on MACH 1 UNI must be aware of the knowledge and

application of safety rules.

Periodically, remove the stapling head and clean it with an air gun. Before, remove the strip of

wedges as indicated in

4.C. REMOVING WEDGES

. To do so, follow this procedure :

In order to have an access to mechanical parts, it is imperative to remove the side panel where is

located the sticker Cassese.

To do so, perform this procedure :

Pull out the stapling head of the machine.

Then remove the side panel. Inside view of the

MACH 1 UNI mechanical parts.

With the 2.5mm Allen Key, unscrew the locking

screw half a turn.

With the 4mm Allen Key, unscrew the 4 locking

screws.
