Wedge does not penetrate fully in moulding:
> Pedal is released too early. During a stapling, make sure the pedale is pressed until the top bung returns to top position by itself.
> Moulding is too small causing the bung to touch the fences. Refer to chapter 3.C SPECIFIC USE OF THE SPACER BARS (page 14).
> Check the air pressure of the compressor or the machine, see chapter 2.C CONNECTING TO THE AIR SOURCE (page 11).
> The distance between the bung and the moulding is too height, follow insructions of chapter 3.B PROPER ADJUSTMENT OF
MAGNETIC ADJUSTABLE ROD CLAMP(page13) to set it correctly.
> Try to use a harder bung (green color or chevron type).
> Hammer is damaged, remove the distribution block to check it. See chapters bellow to do that:

> End of travel sensor out of adjustment: contact your local dealer for technical support.
Wedge is breaking in the wood:
> Try to use hard wood wedges or MDF wedges.
> The backs are stained.
The clamps
are working but the top bung doesn’t
move down.
> The horizontal clamps are too far away from the mouldings. Repeat the pre-clamping procedure described in chapter I.3.A
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SLIDING TABLE (page 13). If this procedure is not followed or if the sliding table is not well locked, the
machine will not detect the presence of the moulding. A safety is then activated to prevent any accident.
The distributor is full of grease.
> Perform the procedure described in chapter 5.C REMOVING THE DISTRIBUTOR HEAD (page 21) and remove any excess grease.
Do some stapling in scrap mouldings to purge any excess. Then wipe off the top of the distribution head.
Handling the mouldings is difficult.
> The horizontal clamps are too tight against the mouldings. Repeat the pre-clamping procedure described in chapter I.3.A
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SLIDING TABLE (page 13).
The corners are crooked.
>Make sure to place the first moulding against stop as Figure 3-23.
