-Clean all parts prior using.
-A ground pin is on the back of the appliance; connect the earth cable with a copper
cable (diameter at least 2mm2) according to the valid general safety instructions.
-Plug the appliance, the heater indicator turns green. Adjust the temperature; the range
of temperature is between 50° and 300°C. We recommend using the appliance at a
maximal temperature of 250°C.
-When the desired temperature is reached the green light turns off and the red light turns
on. It takes around 10mn to reach the 250°C.
-When the temperature lowers the appliance re-heats and the red light turns on. With the
handle open the upper plate, grease your plate with oil and place food to grill. Close the
upper plate and check the cooking of your food.
WARNING !
Operating the appliance can reach very high temperatures. Sides and surfaces of
the grill can be hot. Before moving or touching your appliance let it cool down.
Hands and face must be protected against grease projections.
After use turn all control on the off position (thermostat on 0). Unplug the
appliance.
ADVICE !
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has
been activated you must let your appliance cool down.
If overheating protection is stated regularly, contact your dealer or our after-sales
service.
To reset the appliance, press the reset button located on external side of the appliance.
6. Cleaning and maintenance
6.1 Safety instructions
- Before servicing (clean, maintenance, repair) unplug the appliance
- Caustic detergents, sodium bicarbonate are forbidden for the cleaning of your
appliance.
- Check regularly the power cord.
- Do no immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
