Select “[6].Battery Cover SW
(Standard)” from MENU-1
screen.
When the screen on the right
appears, turn the battery pack
cover lock switch to position
“FREE” and press the “ENT”
key.
Automatically detects if the
battery pack cover is open.
If OK:
Next screen appears.
If any problem:
An error indication is displayed.
Press the “ENT” key to return to
the menu screen.

When the screen on the right
appears, return the battery
pack cover lock switch to
position “LOCK” and press
the “ENT” key. Automatically detects if the
battery pack cover is closed
and securely locked.
If OK:
Since IT-9000 is automatically
turned OFF, turn it ON by
pressing the “Power” key. Then,
the screen returns to the menu
screen.
If any problem:
An error indication is displayed.
Press the “ENT” key. Then, IT-
9000 is automatically turned
OFF.
Turn it ON by pressing the
“Power” key. Then, the screen
returns to the menu screen.
