CD-ROM Precautions
• Never try to play the CD-ROM using an audio CD player. Doing so can cause dam-
age to your hearing or your speakers if the volume setting is too high.
• Store the CD-ROM in an area that is not exposed to direct sunlight, or extreme heat
or cold.
• Take care that the surface of the CD-ROM is not scratched or soiled by fingerprints,
dust, or dirt.
• Never turn off CD-ROM drive power or remove the CD-ROM from the drive while a
