After cleaning, close the feed area and the rear cover again. When closing, please make sure that your hands are not in the
folding area of the machine. Otherwise there is a danger of crushing or other injuries.
Removal of note jam / foreign bodies
In the event of a banknote jam in the machine, turn the machine off and open the feed area as described for cleaning and the rear
access flap. To do this, reach into the grip and pull it towards you. You now have access to the area where the banknotes are likely
to be stuck. When removing the banknotes, please make sure that no remnants of any damaged banknotes remain in the device
and thus cause new problems.
In case of foreign objects, open the switched-off device as if to remove a banknote jam and remove the foreign object. Be careful
whether the sensors have been damaged by the foreign object.
After removing the music jam / foreign object, close the feed area and the rear flap again.
When closing, please make sure that
your hands are not in the folding area of the machine. Otherwise there is a danger of crushing or other injuries.

Message Solution
Fluorescence sensor Too much light falls through ceiling lighting or other light sources directly into the
catchment area of the machine and disturbs the sensors. Please set up the machine
differently.
Banknote feeding sensor
Remove all banknotes from the device and clean the device and the sensors.
Banknote receiving sensor
Left counting sensor
Right counting sensor
Rotate speed sensor The Code Wheel wheel must be cleaned or the drive belts replaced. Please contact your
service partner.
Reject Pocket Full Remove the banknotes from the reject tray and continue counting.
TOP COVER OPEN! Remove all banknotes from the machine and close the feed area.
BACK DRAWER OPEN! Remove all banknotes from the machine and close the rear access door.
JAM!
REMOVE ALL NOTES!
THEN PRESS RESET KEY!
