After replacing the transport brush the device counter must be reset to zero so that the wear of the new brush can be calculated.
If this step is omitted, it can lead to counting errors and problems wit
h the coin processing. To clear the counter hold the "↑ /
SET" and "↓ / BAT keys pressed simultaneously, then press the" CE "to reset the counter.
Cleaning the sensors
By the coins and by settling dust deposits will occur before the sensors of the machine and in the transport sector of the coins.
These impurities can cause problems during transport and the recognition and sorting of coins.
Please clean at regular intervals the sensors of the CCE 415. Switch off the machine during the cleaning and remove the net
cable from the device. Generally we recommend a short cleaning at the end of the day, this process takes only a few minutes.
Lift up the coin slider and remove the safety pin. Turn the fixing screw in the direction of "+" and pull out the brush. Clean the
sensor and the transport section of the coins with a soft brush or a non-flammable compressed air spray in order to eliminate
the dust even in inaccessible places.
