Putting into operation
Please follow the below tips for using the machine to receive an optimum counting results.
ATTENTION:
•
Tilt the coin slide upward, remove the plastic cover and pull the safety pin out. Rotate the central wheel of transport brush
in direction "-" firmly. To do this, please hold with the other hand the spokes of the sorting wheel. The transport brush is
not tightened from the factory to avoid damaging avoid out during transport. Then insert the plastic cover back on to
avoid pollution. Insert the safety pin again.

Tighten the wheel also periodically to ensure a reliable count.
•
Connect the net plug with the outlet.
•
Connect now the net cable with CCE 415 and switch on the machine.
•
Pour the coins to the upper coin hopper and make sure that no foreign objects (e.g. paper scraps of coin rolls) or foreign
coins also where put into the machine.

Please make sure that you do not exceed the fill line in the hopper. If too many coins are in the hopper, they can not be
transported correctly.
•
Press the "Start / Stop" button and start the counting and sorting process and fill now the coins in small quantities in the
lower hopper. The continuous filling of smaller quantities helps provide faster and better transport of coins over the
rotating transportation disc.

The coins are now sorted to the coin boxes. If all the coins were counted and sorted, the counting process is automatically
stopped.
