Counting modes and currency selection
The CCE 180 can count sorted and mixed (depending on currency) banknotes. About the "MODE" key you are able to switch
between both variations. By pressing the “CUR” key you can toggle between the different currencies and also the Free-Count-
Mode.

Value counting / mixed banknotes (EUR-MIX)
In this countable mode you can count unsorted and sorted bank notes related to value and evaluate the result about the
report menu. By pressure of the key "REP" you can have a clear overview how many banknotes from each denomination that
was counted. The report shows you the sum of each denomination and the total sum of all banknotes. By pressing “PRT” you
can transfer the counting result also to an optional printer.

Piece counting / sorted banknotes (EUR-SORT)
In this countable mode the machine stops, as soon as a note is recognized which deviates from the valence with the first note
from the pile. You can search thus larger amounts of the same banknotes particularly for lower valences and grasp the total
quantity of the banknotes.

Free-Count-Mode (FREE-COUNT)
In the free count mode the counterfeit money recognition is generally deactivated and the CCE 180 counts every kind of
paper or notes which property can be processed by the machine.
Setting and function
•
Add-function
The CCE 180 disposes of an addition function with add the counting results of several banknote piles one after the other. By
pressure of the key "ADD" you switch on or off this function. In the display the activated function is indicated on the lower
left corner as “ADD”. Should be counted more than 9.999 notes or a higher amount than 999.999, the counter switch back to
0.

Batch / Counting stop
With the CCE 180 you can use predefined batch values (counting stops) to count off staples of banknotes. This is done by
pressing the "BAT" button several times (100 / 50 / 20 / 10 / OFF). By pressing the button "+1 / +10" shortly, you increase the
batch value by 1 or by keeping the button pressed for a second by 10. If the set batch value is reached, the machine stops
counting. If the counted notes taken were taken out from the stacker, you can continue the counting process by pressing the
"Reset" button. The machine counts the remaining notes until they are completely counted or the batch value is reached
again. Press the "CLR" key to clear the batch value and the machine counts all notes without batch stop. In the lower right
display the activated batch value will be shown (for example B: 100).

Automatic / manual Start
The CCE 180 disposes of an automatic start with the insertion of the banknotes. The activation of the automatic start is set in
the setup menu of the machine. Press “MENU” to enter the setup and choose “Auto” by pressing the “CUR” button. Change
the option by pressing the “ADD” button and select ON for automatic start and OFF for manual start. By pressing “MENU”
again, you leave the setup. In the lower display area the selected start function is shown: „A“ for automatic start and „M“ for
manual start.
