Input #2 is designed to accept a wide range of signal levels, from microphone level inputs
to line level inputs. Unlike Input #1, for thi input the sensitivity is set with a variable adjustment
on the front panel of the MSMP module. The Mic / Line sensitivity adjustment becomes more
sensitive as it is rotated clockwise. To adjust the sensitivity, you can insert a typical signal and
adjust the sensitivity until the red or amber peak light is triggered. At this point adjust the sensitivity
until the red or amber LED only triggers at the extreme peaks of the signal. (See Figure 6)
For all of the inputs there is a Level adjustment. This controls the output level of each input, and allows
you to match levels in the output mix.

MSMPX
The only difference between the MSMP and MSMPX is that on the MSMPX the Euro
Style connector on Input #2 has been replaced with an XLR Connector.
Pin 2 is (+), Pin 3 is (-) and Pin 1 is ground. (See Figure 7)
To make an unbalanced connection to the XLR, connect signal to Pin 2, connect
Ground to Pin 3 and jumper Pin 3 to Pin 1. (See Figure 8)
