Unit start-up

 CWP starter has been properly interlocked with the chiller
 Oil heaters have been energized for at least 24 hours
 Oil level is correct
 All discharge, suction and liquid valves are open
 Unit has been leak checked (including fittings)

     Locate, repair, and report any refrigerant leaks
