f wall thickness overlaps the side louvers in unit
casing, make wall opening wider, as shown in Fig.
4. Also, make provisions for condensate drainage
from basepan. If wall projects beyond back of unit,
use baffles on rear corners of casing. Fig. 4 shows
location of baffles (*a).
The Operating and Maintenance Instructions are in
the Owner’s Handbook supplied with the air condi-
tioner.
The installer must be sure that the user receives a
copy of the Owner’s Handbook and any associated
literature supplied with the unit.
If you install the unit into double brick walls see
figure. 4.

Switch unit to operate on FAN until ice or
frosting disappears.
