Disconnect  the  ribbon  cables  from  the  Control  Unit  lid  taking  care  not  to  damage  the  pins  and 
contacts.  The  ribbon  cables  are  removed  from  the  lid  connectors  not  the  PCB.  There  is  no 
requirement to remove the metal can from the PCB.

Remove the top half of the terminal blocks for the Power Supply Input, Fault Relay/Back-up relay, 
Slowdown Alarm/Pre-Alarm relay and Modbus In/Out connectors by unscrewing the screws at each 
end of the connector and easing the connectors apart, taking care not to damage the connection 
wires or the connector pins/connections.
