Checkout Tests

Use the Checkout menu (see Table 5 on page 6) to test the damper op-

era

tion and any configured outputs.  Only items that are configured are 

shown in the Checkout menu.

NOTE:

  See User Interface on page 3 for information about menu navi-

gation and use of the keypad.
To perform a Checkout test:
  1.  Scroll to the desired test in the Checkout menu using the ▲ and ▼ 

       buttons.

  2.  Press the     button to select the item.

  3.  RUN? appears.

  4.  Press the     button to start the test.

  5.  The unit pauses and then displays IN PROGRESS.

  6.  When the test is complete, DONE appears.

  7.  When all desired parameters have been tested, press the  ↑  (Menu 

       up) button to end the test.
Checkout test can be performed at any time during the operation of the

Be sure to allow enough time for compressor startup and shutdown 

between checkout tests so that you do not short-cycle the compressors.

W7220 Economizer Module Wiring

Use Fig. 12 and Tables 6 and 7 to locate the wiring terminals for the 

economizer module.

NOTE:

  The four terminal blocks are removable. You can slide out each 

terminal block, wire it, and then slide it back into place.

Time-out and Screen Saver

When no buttons have been pressed for 10 minutes, the LCD displays a 

screen saver, which cycles through the Status items.  Each Status item 

displays in turn and cycles to the next item after 5 seconds.
