13. Guarantee and Service
Under our terms of warranty, we guarantee that our technical
appliances will provide faultless quality and function.
The guarantee period is 36 months from the date of
purchase.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
The trader's legal guarantee obligation is not limited by this
guarantee. During the guarantee period, you can send defective
appliances to the Service Center (see address below),
postage
paid.
Then you will receive a new appliance or get the repaired
one back free of charge.
Parcels not prepaid cannot be
accepted.
Please use the original packaging in order to avoid any damages
in transit and enclose a copy of the receipt. A detailed description
of the complaint will help reduce repair time.
After expiry of the guarantee period, you can still send a defec-
tive appliance to the address below, also
postage paid
. Then,
however, repairs made will be at your expense.
