Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Turn off all switches and unplug the unit.
2. Allow the heating head to cool before cleaning.
3. The base and exterior of the bowl can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a sanitizing solution such as Noble
Chemical’s ‘QuikSan’ Sanitizer/Disinfectant (147QUIKSAN).
4. Clean the bowl using a damp cloth. To keep the bowl looking new, it is a good idea to use a stainless steel cleaner.
5. Keeping the heating head clean is important for food safety and the life of your machine. It is a good idea to use a
tough cleaner like Noble Chemical’s ‘FormulaD’ Decarbonizer/Degreaser (147FORMULAD).
90 Day Replacement Warranty
This warranty is not effective if damage occurs because of accident, carelessness, improper installation, lack of
proper set-up, supervision when required, or if the equipment is installed or operated in any manner contrary to the
installation and operating instructions. Work performed by unauthorized personnel or unauthorized service agencies
voids this Warranty. This warranty does not apply to any warranty claims made on products sold or used outside of
the United States.
