Lubricate the pump packings set by adding about 100cc, or half way up each packing nut with
compatable lubricant.
The pump packings are accessible after removing one side of the fluid section removable cover
assembly - replace after filling.
Ensure pump unit has been earthed using the grounding point at the base of the pump stand.
Check that the vent plug on top of gearbox has been set to vent.
INSTALLATION
Attach suitable flexible hoses to the inlet and outlet connections. e.g.,
Suction -
Ø38 I.D. [Check pump manual for hose working pressure]
Outlet -
Ensure adequate air space around the Pump for maintenance and electric motor cooling
requirements.
Ø75 I.D. [-1 to 2 bar working pressure]
Ø50 I.D. [2 to 50 bar working pressure]
Ø38 I.D. [50 to 100 bar working pressure]
The Pump must be securely mounted to a suitable flooring surface using appropriate fasteners.
