Q1: The charger gets unusually hot during charging.

Possible cause: The power jack is loose or it is
overcharged.

Solution: unplug and plug the power jack if it gets loose or
stop charging if it is already fully charged.

Possible cause: Battery power was used up or lower than its
10% level.

Solution: Recharge battery if its battery power is low.
