3. CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVATION
As well as enabling the function on screen Cca01
parallel compression is activated based on the percentage of opening of the RPRV valve and the gas cooler
outlet temperature. In particular:
•
the gas cooler outlet temperature must be higher than a threshold;
•
the percentage of opening of the RPRV valve must be higher than a threshold for a set time
Screen Cca02 is used to set the thresholds described above:
Parallel compression is deactivated, and the standard RPRV valve set point restored, when at least one of the
following conditions occurs:
•
the pRack is switched OFF (from the screen, supervisor or digital input);
•
the gas cooler outlet temperature falls below the
T

OFF
threshold;
•
the parallel compression control percentage is zero.
NOTE:
the high pressure prevention function and high pressure alarms managed by the main board will only
act on the compressors on line 1 (medium temperature); the parallel compression function will not stop, nor
will the capacity be decreased.
