Your heart rate/pulse is displayed in beats per minute (bpm), either via the
Hand Pulse Sensors or a 5 kHz Chest Band.

pulse signal.
WATT and
CALORIES
WATT: one watt is equal to a power rate of one joule of work per second of
time (W).
CALORIES: measured in kilocalories (kcal). Also known as large Calories and
food Calories.

every six seconds.
