2. Connect the 10pin plug of the harness to the navigation unit.
3. Connect the blue cable from the harness to pin 26 of the
26 pin connector of the navigation unit. Connect the yellow
cable to pin 13 of the 26 pin connector.
Connect the black cable to ground (power connector pin 8)
and the red cable to 12V battery (power connector pin 7).
Additionally you can use the pink cable (+12V) to switch
on the video sources.
4. Connect the according remote control cables to the
3pin AMP connectors (eg. „STA-AL25“ for Alpine DVD
devices). You can use additional Y-harnesses
„CABLE-415“ / „CABLE-416“ (sold separately) to
connect the infrared receivers of the video devices
in parallel to the interface.
5. Connect the Video / Audio rca cables (not included)
to the plugs (AV1 / AV2) at the interface
and the video sources.
6. Connect the 14pin Molex connector and
the 18pin AMP connector to the interface.
You can also connect an external monitor to the
"VIDEO OUT" plug at the interface.
