Use mouse wheel to change DATE/ TIME.

Use mouse wheel to change DATE. There are DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY/MM/DD
and MM/DD/YYYY three modes.
A-3. NTP MODE
Use mouse wheel to change NTP. When NTP is enable, use
