9. How Much Coffee?

We recommend using one level tablespoon (5 grams) of coarse to medium
ground coffee per 5 oz. of water. If you like your coffee extremely strong, you
can adjust the coffee to your liking up to 12 tablespoons (60 grams).

CAUTION:

Never use more than 12 tablespoons (60 grams of coffee) as this

will put too much strain on the brewing unit and cause it to break. Avoid using
coffee that is ground too fine as it can lead to clogging in the brewing unit.
