Light assembly mode
First screw the two dumbbell handle into the barbell connection tube for
connection, then put the dumbbell plates on the dumbbell handle from large
to small, and finally tighten the dumbbell nuts.
Heavy duty assembly mode
Place the dumbbell plates from large to small on both ends of the dumbbell
handle, tighten the dumbbell nut at one end, and then screw the other end of
the dumbbell handle into the barbell connection tube.
