(1) Connect the two pieces of the support tube rims (G).
(2) Slide the support tube rims (G) down the base tube (C) and connect
it to the brackets (A and B).

(1) Pull to open the hook and loop pouch on the sand bag (H) and fill with sand.
(2) After filling the sand bags (H), close the pouch and ensure the hook and loop
openings are sealed.
(3) Lock the two sections of the sand bags (H) together.
