If the file USERALL.TXT already exists on the USB flash drive, press
OK to overwrite or press ESC to cancel.
4. Export Admin

Note : Admin user information such as ID and face template will be
exported.

Press 4 to export all admin users to a text file named MANAGER.TXT

If the file MANAGER.TXT already exists on the USB flash drive,
press OK to overwrite or press ESC to cancel.
5. Import Users

Press 5 to import certain users that were exported to a text file named
USER.TXT. This file must not be manually modified or tampered
with.

If user information exists on the reader, they will be overwritten.
6. Import All Users

Press 6 to import all users that were exported to a text file named
USERALL.TXT. This file must not be manually modified or tampered
with.

If user information exists on the reader, they will be overwritten.
7. Import User List

The user list is used to bulk-upload just the user IDs and the user
names with facial scanning being done later. When the users are
available, use User Management menu to enter their User IDs and re-
register them with facial scanning. Once imported, modification or
deletion of the user on the reader may not be carried out until facial
scanning is completed for that user.

The user list is manually created on a PC in the following format:
The User ID followed by a tab key then followed by the User Name
Example: 15234 Cansec

The file must be saved with the name USERLIST.TXT
8. Import Admin

named MANAGER.TXT

If admin user information exists on the reader, it will be overwritten.
