USERS AND RECORDS IMPORT AND EXPORT
Users and records may be exported and imported
from and to another reader using a USB flash drive.
Insert a blank USB flash drive into the reader’s
USB slot. It may prompt for an admin face for
authentication before proceeding.
1. Export Records

Press 1 to export all transaction records to a
text file named TIMExxx.TXT where xxx is
the last 3 digits of the SN (serial number)
found on the back of the reader or in the System Info menu.
2. Export Users

Note : User information such as ID and face template will be exported.

Press 2 and enter the ID of a user to be exported. Press “OK” to enter
the next user ID. When done, press “ESC” to export users to a text file
named USER.TXT

If the file USER.TXT already exists on the USB flash drive, press
“OK” to overwrite or press “ESC” to cancel.
3. Export All Users

Note : User information such as ID and face template will be exported.

Press 3 to export all users to a file named USERALL.TXT
