There is no Sound
■
The Projected Image Is Blurred
The image files are not
compatible with USB File
Browser. Projection from USB flash drives requires JPEG
images with a resolution not exceeding 10912x8640,
single-byte alphanumeric file names, and a FAT-
formatted drive.
The LAN cable (shielded
twisted pair) is not
connected correctly. When [LAN] or [HDBaseT] is selected in the [Input]
menu, check whether the LAN cable (shielded
twisted pair) is connected to the projector correctly
(
P83 ).
Cause Countermeasure
The audio cable is not
connected correctly. Check the audio cable connection ( P81 ).
The MUTE function is
enabled. Press the MUTE button on the remote control ( P39 ).
The volume level is
adjusted to the
minimum. Press the VOL button on the remote control or the
VOL+ button on the side control to adjust the volume
level ( P34 , P39 ).
An audio cable with a
built-in resistor is used. Use an audio cable without a built-in resistor.
Audio in terminal select
is [Off]. Change the Audio In terminal to the appropriate
setting (
P169 ).
Cause Countermeasure
The image is out of
focus. Adjust the focus ( P48 ).
The distance to the
screen is too short. Check whether the distance to the screen is
appropriate (
P63 ).
The projector is not
placed straight in front of
the screen. Check whether the projector is placed obliquely to
the screen. A slight error in the projection angle can
be corrected through the keystone adjustment
function (
P103 ).
The projector has been
moved to a place where
the temperature varies a
lot. When the projector is moved from a location where
the temperature is low to a location where the
temperature is high, condensation may form on the
lens. The condensation will evaporate after a period
of time and the projector will be able to project a
normal image.
The lens is stained. Clean the lens ( P217 ).
The tracking is bad. Adjust the tracking with the [Auto PC] ( P131 ) or
[Tracking] ( P132 ) function.
