With Allow Password Setting Not Selected
The password for Job Accounting is not specified in the [ID/Password Settings] dialog box, so
that you have to specify the password each time you print a document.

In the application software, select [Print].

Click [Properties] in the [Print] dialog box.

Specify the various settings in the printer properties dialog box.

Click [OK] to close the printer properties dialog box

click [OK] in the
[Print] dialog box.

In the [Confirm ID/Password] dialog box, enter the password

change
the ID if necessary.
NOTE
You can leave the password blank.

Click [OK].
The document is printed with the specified ID and password.
