Open the Page Setup dialog box.

Click Utilities.

Select Test Print from the pull-down menu, and then click Print Head 
Alignment.

Follow the instructions on the screen.

Note

Straight lines can become misaligned if the paper thickness lever has been 
moved. Aligning the print head may also resolve this problem.
