5.

Save the “update.zip” file to the USB memory.

Note

• If it is saved in the subfolders of the USB memory or the filename is different,

then the update will not run.

• The USB memory must be already formatted in the FAT32 format.

6.

Connect the USB memory with the saved file to the device.

Within seconds, the device will automatically read the USB memory and the
following update message will be displayed in a pop-up window.

7.

Select “Install”.

Update will take place automatically.

Note

• During the update, the power of the device will turn off/on several times.

Do not operate with the device until the update is complete.

• Please note that if you forcefully turn off the power, the software may be

damaged.

8.

After the update is complete, remove the USB memory.

For a sharing connection after the update, you must register the device in
EShareServer. For more details about sharing connection, see "Sharing" on
page 27.
