CHAPTER 2 STANDARDS AND ADJUSTMENTS

Adjusting the Tension of the Lens Drive Belt

Move the lens motor support

and fit it in place so that the reading of the spring

gauge is 1000 ± 50g when motor support

is pulled with a spring gauge in the direction

of the arrow at the point

indicated in Figure 2-20.

1) Remove the copyboard glass and the lens hood.
2) Remove the screw

and the mirror guide plate
