
If you see a "New Hardware Found", "Update Device Driver Wizard", or
"New Hardware Wizard" screen, click Cancel. (Click whatever you need to until
you return to the Windows 98/95 Desktop.) For example, you want to see a
screen similar to this:
Starting the Setup Program
Important!
The MultiPASS C5500 must be plugged in and connected to your computer.
If you have a previous version of the MultiPASS Desktop Manager installed, you must
remove it. See your User's Manual for details.
1. Make sure your computer is turned off.
2. Be sure the MultiPASS C5500 is plugged in and connected to the computer.
3. Now turn on the computer.
4. If any Windows applications start automatically, close them before you
start installation.
5. Make sure the Canon Creative Pro CD is not yet inserted in your CD drive.
