2.3.7 Secondary Transfer Mechanism

2.3.7.1 Outline

0008-1716

The transfer unit has a function of secondarily transferring the toner transferred primarily on the ITB onto paper.

The unit is structured with the secondary transfer roller and engaging lever, which are operated by the main motor drive.

The secondary transfer roller rotates by the motor drive. The engaging lever performs an engaging operation between the secondary transfer roller and ITB in roller

engaging control.
