3.3.9.5 Removing the operation Panel

1) Remove the 2 screws [1], and free the 2 claws [2] (left/right) to open the
operation panel [3].

2) Disconnect the 2 flat cables [1], and remove the 2 fastons [2]; then, detach
the operation panel [3].

3.3.9.6 Removing the Scanner Cover Unit

1) Remove the copyboard cover.
2) Remove the 2 screws [1].
3) Remove the 6 claws [2], and detach the scanner cover unit [3].

2) Remove the 2 screws [3], and detach the flat bed motor unit [5] while
paying attention to the drive belt [4] of the CCD unit.

1) Disconnect the cable [1] of the power supply assembly.
2) Open the face-up cover [2], and remove the 4 screws [3] of the rear cover.
