Selecting the Quality of Video
After you choose to record movies in MP4 or AVCHD, you can set the
recording mode (level of video quality). Changing the recording mode will
change the recording time available on the memory. For AVCHD movies,
select MXP or FXP for better quality or LP for longer recording times. For
MP4 movies, select 4 Mbps for smaller file sizes and faster uploads.
