<Possible Causes>
1 . The fixing roller does not rotate smoothly.

A c t i o n : Check the gear for wear or chipping. If a fault is found, replace the fixing assembly.

2 . The fixing/separation claw is worn or damaged.

A c t i o n : Replace the fixing assembly.

3 . The fixing roller or the pressure roller is deformed or scratched.

A c t i o n : Replace the fixing assembly.

4 . The pressure (nip) of the pressure roller is not as indicated.

5 . The delivery sensor lever does not move smoothly or is damaged.
