respectively, the iR2016 and iR2020
are fast enough to handle the needs
of the most demanding small office.
To avoid wasting time, they take only
13 seconds to warm-up and the first
output appears in just 7.9 seconds.

A high print resolution of up to
1,200 x 1,200dpi (maximised) ensures
that documents are produced with
complete clarity and fidelity. This is
ideal for when you're printing

and accurate diagrams.
Two print kit options
Both models offer the choice of two
advanced print kit options to suit your
organisation. One features Canon's
UFR-II Lite user-interface for efficient
printing; the other features a PCL5e/6
interface for organisations already
using the PCL standard.

You'll also find that the iR2016 and
iR2020 are equally efficient with a
variety of media sizes and types. They
comfortably handle media sizes from
A5 to A3 through the standard paper
cassettes, as well as envelopes and
A6R size media through the stack
by-pass unit.
What's more, you have a choice of
paper capacity to suit your needs.
The iR2016 comes with a standard
capacity of 330 sheets and can be
configured to accommodate 580 or
1,080 sheets. The iR2020 has a
standard capacity of 580 sheets, with
a 1,080-sheet configuration option.
Smooth paper handling
An optional 50-sheet duplex automatic
document feeder minimises paper
handling chores, particularly when
printing or faxing large jobs. An optional
duplex unit can also be added to each
model for even smoother throughput of
double-sided documents.
