This chapter describes the optional software solutions that can be purchased to

enhance the end user’s experience and interaction with imageRUNNER

ADVANCE DX machines. The various software solutions include document

management and binding software, scan management, print/output

management, device security, and business workflow software.

A. Document Management and Binding Software

1. eCopy PDF Pro Office

ePPO (eCopy PDF Pro Office

) is a network to desktop office scanning

solution that enables end-users to create and share PDFs, edit PDF

files, and convert PDF files into searchable, editable, and fully-formatted

Microsoft Office or Corel WordPerfect files. ePPO also enables the user

to tag PDF files for accessibility and Section 508 compliance.
