Empty the Waste 
toner bottle 

 

1.

Check the customer’s inventory of waste toner bottles. 

2.

Open the cassette 1 and then open the Waste Toner 
Door 

3.

Remove the Waste Toner Container 

 

Point; 

1. If the customer doesn’t have a waste toner 

bottle in their inventory and the bottle in the 
machine is nearly full, let  the customer order 
new one and  empty the waste toner bottle 
while on site to prevent a recall. 

 

Empty waste toner container every 
service call 
 
After emptying the waste toner 
container clean the waste toner case 
window (FL0-7007-000). 
 

Replacing the Waste Toner Container 
after the preparation warning has been 
displayed clears the parts counter 
automatically.
