The scanned data is sent to a destination registered in “Storing
New Destinations,” on p. 21 as an e-mail attachment.
Place your originals.
Press [Address Book].
Select [planning dept.] → press [OK].
Change the settings as necessary.

If the [Set SMTP Authentication] screen is displayed, enter the
user name and password

If the [Original Size] screen is displayed, specify the size of the
original

The data is attached to the e-mail and sent.
