Sending Faxes

Use the numeric buttons to enter the recipient’s name (up to 20
characters), then press [OK].

Use the numeric buttons to enter the recipient’s number (up to 50 digits).

– Press [R] first if the machine is behind a switchboard. (See Chapter 1, “Advanced Fax

Features,” in the Advanced Guide.)

– Press [Redial/Pause] to enter a pause. (See “Entering Pauses,” on p. 4-30.)
– If no subaddress or password is required, skip to step 9.
