Log Messages on the Camera
The list of log messages displayed in [System] > [Maintenance] > [Log] > [View Logs] on the Settings Page (P. 85).
Log messages are classified into the following types.
Note
If no content is recorded in a log for approximately two hours, "--MARK--" will be recorded in the message area.
Error Log

System Error
S 303 Error on saving settings [err]
S 320 PAN/TILT operation error [err]
S 327 PAN/TILT stop error [err]
S 330 Broken fan [err]
S 332 Fan operation has failed [err]

Description Can't update files of system settings
(S303)
Meaning An error generated while the system
was saving a setting. Can't update
system settings.
Countermeasure If the error is detected after rebooting,
initialize to the factory default settings. If
the problem persists, contact the
dealer.
Description %1 error occurred. [%2] (S320)
%1 PAN | TILT
%2 Error details
Meaning An error occurred during operation or
stopping of pan/tilt.
Countermeasure Follow the steps below to take measures.
1. First, check if there is something
inhibiting the pan/tilt operation such as
the case camera's head unit is in contact
with something. Then operate the pan/tilt.
2. Execute [Pan/Tilt Initialization].
3. Restart the camera.
4. If the problem is not resolved after
taking the measures from 1 to 3 above,
contact the dealer as there is a possibility
of malfunction.
Description (S327)
Meaning An error occurred with the pan/tilt during
rebooting.
Countermeasure If pan/tilt cannot be operated after
rebooting, contact the dealer as there is
a possibility of malfunction.
Description FAN does not rotate. (S330)
Meaning The fan does not rotate or a significant
decrease in speed is detected.
Countermeasure If the error is still detected after
rebooting, it may be a failure with the
fan, so contact the dealer.
Description Cannot control FAN. (S332)
Meaning IO is not available to control the fan.
Countermeasure If the error is still detected after
rebooting, it may be a failure with the
fan, so contact the dealer.
