Setting Ink Drying Wait Time

Routine Maintenance

Setting Ink Drying Wait Time

When you set the ink drying time level, you can specify which printing characteristic is
preferred: printing speed or quality.

How to Set the Ink Drying Wait Time

Windows

Ensure the printer is on and open the Printer Properties dialog box.

Opening the Printer Properties Dialog Box

Click the Maintenance tab, click the Custom Settings button.

Click and drag the Ink Drying Wait Time slider to set the ink drying time
level.

Click the Send button to send this setting to the printer.

The message box appears on the screen. Click OK.
