Deleting a document from memory _____________
Follow the procedure below to delete a document from memory.

Press [Function].
Press [Memory Reference].

Use [
u
] or [
d
] to select DELETE DOCUMENT.
Press [Set].

Use [

] or [
d
] to select the transaction number
(TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to delete.
• If you are unsure of the transaction number (TX/RX NO.),
print the Doc. memory list. (see p. 8-7)
• Use [
l
] or [
r
] to display details of the transaction
(destination, for example).

Press [Set].
The fax asks you to confirm that you want to delete the
document.

Press [ : : ] to delete the document.
If you change your mind and want to keep the document in
memory, press [#].

To continue deleting other documents in memory,
repeat the procedure from step 3.
To finish, press [Stop].
